FS#1827 - bad position output
Dear Team!
I get a bad position since the new client. This means mining is not possible and interacting with NPC is not posible (”You are not in range to do …“). Fighting I did not try, but I assume the same problem for EVERY action a distance check is made. If asked so, I can proof this with a screenshot I made: standing next to NPC Klanarr Nyshyn my position is told to be somewhere at Hyldaa Plaza. Looks funny, but is rahter serious. An advisor tolf me, this is happening to male dwarfen only, due I cannot proof this, but my character is a male dwarf. He did not see my respond in the help window, but I could bot reproduce this bug, so I made no extra report of it. I have not found any bug report about bad positions, but he told me it is known, so I assume there are similar bug reports I did not find. For playing is not possible that way, I put serverity to critical.
Yours, tux_johny

You are correct, but there are so many
of these reports I have to pick one to
remain open, FS#1834
is what I saw.
Same for me. Get the same system messages when mining or trading/training. Every now and then another dwarven male uses to get the same position as me.
Menki with same position problem. Had a nice trade with someone in the arena while standig on the ramp up to Gug City. Couldn't mine for plat at the mine.
This seems to be a double from the task "
FS#1782- unstick /die and movement by GM not working", though I suppose not to close it, because the name of theFS#1782task is unfortunately. tux_johny
