FS#2652 - Stats & Skills window does not open reliably on training
When I right-click an NPC to get training, the Stats & Skills window does not open reliably. In that case, I have to open and close it via "P" key or menu bar, to make it appear with the available training.
Furthermore, if it is still open because I just checked my own skills, and call the training options from an NPC, the display often does not change to the skill selection the NPC offers, it still shows all my own skills.
