FS#2554 - random crash to desktop

May be related to 1749 and/or 547
Wandering around I get crashes for no apparent reason. Both time it happened to me while running from a terminal the last message in the terminal window was
DistributeLeafObjects failed: !leaf_replaced 

This node contains the following objects:
  0: 'effect_anchor_basic_0' (-45.5011,-90.1073,-2.3904)-(-43.5011,-88.1073,-0.3904)
  1: 'effect_anchor_basic_396' (-1,-1,-1)-(1,1,1)

although the previous time the actual objects and position data differed.

Both times I was wandering in the middle of a map, this last time I was just about to descend the stairs to the exit portal of the DR. exact position on relog was -44.50 -89.11 -1.39 sector DR01 instance 0
I have been getting a fair amount of these which I haven’t noticed before this update.

The task blocks this from closing
