FS#8043 - Deceit and Honour missing dialogue option
towards the end there is only the option “I don’t want to go off and talk to anyone else, as you asked. Here is your token back.” with Jefecra.
Not the option to continue with the quest as it seems there should be, and an old log shows on an old character.
I’ve got the Engineering Designs quest open too, which has a Jefecra option, but doesn’t seem likely that this is the cause.
Possible to skip this by finding another NPC in the chain, but this might have been fixed in the last update at the same time as End of the Line.
