FS#3163 - hydlaa_jayose and jayose_inside : Portal overlapping issue with Jayose's library

Parts of hydlaa_jayose and jayose_inside maps are overlapping with new maps.

This issue appears in the room located behind Jayose, at position: 191.96 -0.01 -70.62 in sector jayose_inside:

The task blocks these from closing

Another overlapping portal in Jayose’s: lower floor → upper floor.
