FS#8034 - New Dungeon Loot Spawning Problems
The “Other” loot such as pots and barrels, that seem to provide plant parts, do no respawn, just one instance on a new dungeon.
Current Dungeon: the Arcana Chest did respawn lots of times, but has now stopped, I think Tybrynn Illythien was the last person to see them working, maybe their habit of dropping a guarded Arcana Chest to block others picking up the new ones, broke the spawning mechanism.
Not sure if there is anything you can do to see what happened, or if it is time for server restart and a new dungeon.
