This bug is not related to maps, may be related to video card drivers or other memory management issues.

can you post a /pos for this issue?

Frank Albrecht commented on 17.10.2008 17:48

Hmm, seems to be gone now. Next time I see it I will post the Pos and time as well. The difference from now to then was that I am now on DSL and before I logged in via mobile.

for me it’s continually repeatable also with nice “textures” like gnome calculator buttons, firefox icons etc on the terrain. but this is on linux with an nvidia card. I don’t think it’s a connection problem as this is a client only problem, and i’m able to reproduce it also with a localhost server.
Also as the problem is the entire path from ojaroad2 to ojaveda a pos wouldn’t give much information. It doesn’t seems to be related to other maps loaded before.
Setting as new, will post additional screenshots later

One thing that is always happening under Linux as well as under windows is the following:

screenshot of road

This was seen on Pos -402.51,18.06,194.51 in sector Ojaroad2, instance:0

Is this still an issue?

Assigning this to Talad as this may be related to the multiple map load problems.

i fixed it with last release by relighting the map (lighter2 issue) strange it was still open
