FS#2519 - Flicker of world light in OJa

While training crafting recently (Mac client) I noticed that there is an odd flicker to the world light in Oja. Every few minutes it jumps up in intensity, brighter, and then drops back down to normal. I have not confirmed if it is regular in timing, but it is like a giant neon sign slowly flickering above the Crystal high above.
