FS#7987 - An Eager Claker Quest teleports to dryken plane

after speaking with Sysial you are teleported to the dryken plane instead of the proper location

Notes for Talad: there are 2 NPCs currently missing. id 9435954, 9435958 . they both are in guildhouse law instance 1. There is also one item: 22068342
