FS#8038 - FS#7971 - Enchanting q300 gives no practice
Certainly happens with Sapphires, making q300 Enchanted Sapphires gives no practice in a way.
I did close the other task, but it seems to be happening again, don’t know if it’s because of an update or only certain enchantments cause this.
Shiny Lesser Sapphires are certainly bugged at q300.

Verified that this still happens in 0.7.47 (windows).
I was enchanting a quality 300 Emerald Crystal using Poison Glyph. My Blue Way is 127 (with item bonuses, 136). I successfully created a Psychic Lesser Emerald Crystal. However, I did not receive any experience or practice points.
I tried again, this time the enchanting process shatter the crystal, creating Pile of Dust. This time, I did receive 6212 experience and 68 practice points.
This might be related to FS#7771 enchanting gems does not give magic XP.
